How to evaluate the quality of the LED display?
The quality of a full-color display can be signed from the following aspects:
1. Flatness
The surface flatness of the display should be within a .1mm to ensure that the display image is not distorted, and local bulges or recesses can cause a dead angle of the display's visual angle. The quality of flatness is mainly determined by the production process.
2. Brightness and visual angle

2. Brightness and visual angle
Indoor full color screen brightness to 800 cd/m2 or more, outdoor full color screen brightness to 1500 cd/m2 or more, in order to ensure the normal operation of the display, otherwise because the brightness is too low to see the image displayed. The brightness size is mainly determined by the quality of the LED core.
The size of the visual angle directly determines the size of the display audience, so the bigger the better. The size of the visual angle is mainly determined by the way the core is encapsulated.
3. White Balance Effect
The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators of the display. Color science when the ratio of red, green and blue three primary colors will show pure white when 1:4.6:0.16, if the actual proportion of a little deviation will appear white balance deviation, generally pay attention to whether there is a blue, yellow-green phenomenon. The quality of white balance is mainly determined by the control system of the display, and the core also has an effect on the reduced ness of color.
4. The reduced ness of color
The reduced color refers to the reduced color of the display, both the color display of the display should be highly consistent with the color of the playback source, so as to ensure the authenticity of the image.
5. Whether mosaics or dead spots are there
Mosaic refers to the display appears on the bright or often black small four squares, both mold group necrosis phenomenon, the main reason is that the display used by the plug-in quality is not off.
Dead point refers to the display appears on the bright or often black single point, the number of dead points is mainly determined by the quality of the core.
6. Color-free blocks
Color block refers to the relatively obvious color difference between adjacent modules, color transition to the module unit, causing the color block phenomenon is mainly caused by the poor control system, gray scale is not high, the scanning frequency is lower caused.
